Me and my husband were trying to sell our car before we moved to Japan, due to him being in the navy. We had a time constraint and when they told us they would sell our car in 2 weeks we were more than pleased. 
After giving them 250 dollars as a deposit, we never heard from them again. I would call them and they would give me an excuse and tell me we have 8 people interested in your car. I wouldn't believe them but what can I do. After calling them and calling them, they than told me that if I kept calling they would not work on selling my car at all. So not only did they take my money, they also threatened to not even try to sell the car. 
After that happend I no longer heard from anybody. We wasted 3 weeks with the company and had only 2 weeks to sell the car before we left for Japan. We wound up selling it 2 days before we were supposed to leave. 
Not only did they take our money and not deliver, they also caused us more stress than we needed. We were already stressed about moving to another country, and I think they took advantage of that. Save yourself the time and trouble and do not use this company.
