I purchased a mini-chopper from a distributor of this company about 3 months ago. FIRST, it 6 weeks to deliver. SECOND, the bike I got was the wrong color with the wrong handlebars, and it was missing some of the bolts and fuel line. I was willing to forgive this. However, an MSO (Maufacturer's Statement of Origin) is needed to title the bike for road driving. As of now, I still haven't gotten it (THREE). I spoke to his distributor who said that Kikker refuses to send them the MSO's. I figured I would go ahead and call the company myself to see if I might smooth over the situation, and request my MSO. The owner of the company, Kelly, yelled at me, used abusive language, and profanity, and told me no MSO's would be sent. THEN HE HUNG UP! (FOUR)
The distributor has been more than kind in helping this along, but it is ridiculous that this should be going on this long. I have since spoken to the distributor and have been informed that THEY will make Kikker5150's mistakes right. I also did some checking of my own and the BBB website has complaints about the guy as well.
I think it is safe to say that the FOUR issues I have with Kiker5150, plus the info about this comapny on the Better Business Bureau's website should be enough for any smart people to avoid this jerk like the plague!
