Ace Division, Ace Division Imports Unprofessional Company! Does Bad Business! Houston Texas

I purchased a 49cc dirt bike for my sons birthday on February 28, 2006 through Ebay from a company called Ace Division (they have a regular business in TX, as well as do business online under the website (acedivision.com). It arrived damaged & missing parts. Ace Division had the bike insured through DHL & received compensation for the bike being damaged. Instead of shipping the entire bike back for a new one I was told to take the damaged parts off of the bike & return them for replacements. I did as told. When I would call the company to ask about my parts they would give me the "runaround".

Finally they gave me a tracking number & told me they shipped my parts. I waited for the parts to arrive but they never came. Thinking the shipper made a mistake I contacted them, DHL said the company never shipped the package. I then called Ace Division to see what happened. I was told they made a mistake & they were shipping the package out that day & gave me another tracking #. Again I waited & it never arrived. I contacted DHL again & was told the company was printing out shipping labels from online but they were not shipping the package out. So I called Ace Division again, & again I got the "runaround". I started to realize these people were not intending on sending my package so I contacted the BBB, & the Attorney General in my state.

After doing this Ace Division hangs up on me or will not answer when I call to inquire on my package (I can not even get a straight answer as to who is in charge so I can speak to them, they are very rude). They still say it is going to be shipped out but they never ship it. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund for my money or at least get my parts for the bike so my son can have his birthday present. So Buyers Beware!, of this company. Do not let them take you like they have me.
