All New Sports LLC Received damaged never send replacement parts and Bike continually drains battery no explaination provided. Newton, Kansas

Recieved bike late after ordering.  Bike arrived damaged and scratched in transit. All New Sports provided all pictures and information and promised to send new Cargo Box but never did.  Countless calls and no response.  Finally got an email address and got response and promises.  No new cargo box ever sent.  This spring I reinitiated emails to get box and also had new problem with bike battery not holding charge and radio never working. 

Replaced battery and disconnected radio control but new battery still drained after it sits idle for a week or two.

Have asked for better manuel and cargo box but never received either.

Phone numbers have all been disconected and email no longer works.  No way to resolve issues.

Bike is no more than $2500 piece of door stop since it seldom works.

I see no recourse but would like to join in any suites initiated against them.
