I bought a package of 4 ATV's from ATV Discounter. I paid more money to get the body style I wanted, and for all of them to match. However, on one of them, they sent a completley different brand, body style, which I could have bought for more than 20% cheaper somewhere else. I understand the engine and frame may have been the same, but the body style and name was completley different. I immediatley contacted them after they arrived. They' said they'd look into it. I offered several ideas to rectify the situation. 1. Return for full refund. 2. Return, and have correct one sent out. 3. Partial refund, and I keep the cheaper ATV. 4. They send parts that are different, and I swap them out. Over a month later, they still refuse to do anything.

At one point, they told me the model of the brand name I did order was discountinued. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that was a lie, and that it was still available.

I disputed this w/ the credit card company, and they have started an investigation. So far, they seem to be on my side.

Also, I was missing parts, and had damaged parts as well. They are doing nothing about that.

My recommendation for anyone looking to buy these Chinese ATV's would be to investigate your dealer in advance. I failed to do so, and didn't notice all the postings regarding ATV Discounter and their unethical busniness practices.
