This Customer John Keller was aware that all of our bike kits come as parts in 4 boxes and the CUSTOMER IS TO ASSEMBLE, Since the customer is building the bike themselves they need to register and title as a home built or assembled unit, just like any custom bike builder has to do. This customer was very happy with the bike and he did receive his MSO paper that has his frame vin #.. If there was a issue in the inspection station, we do not have control over that, we have sold so many kits to IL and this is the only person that ever said anything like this, Furture more this customer called to get his MSO months after he had the bike and said he needed it because he had the bike sold to someone locally and needed the MSO to sell it... So kick rocks!! Our bikes and customer service are great! John OReilly
