I bought a quad at what I believed was the agreed upon price. They kept me there claiming my credit was problematic, they did offer to get me into a much more expensive unit that would be no problem getting credit for. By the way, I have good credit.I had 1/3 the price as a down payment, which they took immediately when the price was agreed upon, or so I thought. The finance mgr. had me sign several documents after waiting about 4hours. I was happy to be out of there. Only after a few days did I check the paperwork. My quads sale price jumped $900. I contacted the finance mgr, looking for an explanation. She claimed the fees were for delivery and prep. Okay, but I had then listed and paid for them already, then she claimed administrative costs. We went round and round several times over this. I got nowhere. She faxes my the sales document, and lo and behold, my quads price is now $900 more than I had agreed to. I have been in contact with them and am at a loss over what to do now. I do not know what recourse I have, I am not at all pleased with how they handled this.

That's where you messed up. That paperwork is where you agree to the price. Did you read it before signing? Dealers love to throw stuff in there an hope the buyer doesn't bother reading it. I once knew a finance guy that would throw in an "excessive profit fee" on every contract. He said 9 out of 10 people would not even question it.
The problem now is that they have a signed contract that says you agreed to a higher price and all you have is your recollection of what the salesman told you. Unfortunately, you don't have much of a leg to stand on.
