Paid 7,000 for a used bike and 3 weeks later it left me in the middle of a major highway and would not start. They wanted 2 hours labor fee just to look at it. No matter what it is a minimum 2 hours charged. 3 days after I drove it from the lot it started leaking oil from the oil pressure sensor. They said it would be 2 hours to change it.
I had the bike diagnosed and repaired at my expense, never asking them for anything. I did call 2 other Harley dealers and asked what they would do had I purchased from them. 1 would have done all at their cost and the other would split the bill.
The part cost me 280.00 with tax, add 160.00 in labor if heritage fixed. I installed it my self in 10 minutes!!! SCAMMERS! DISHONEST! Was told it was my problem and should have got the warranty.
Tried to buy a warranty when we bought the bike but Tommy said the bike did not qualify.
Buyers BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY. Go to Pensecola Harley instead.

Got a phone call from Tommy saying the manager wanted to meet with me. I agreed and both Tommy and the manager said they are sorry about the bike and the way it was handled. More or less they were pretty embarrassed by the situation. Was made some promises so we'll see if they stand true in the future. I feel the meeting was a success and will do business with them again.
The JERK was still there hovering around us and being nosy but since the JERK is the VP and husband of the owner....some things won't change. I highly suggest going straight to Tommy or the manager with any questions. AVOID THE JERK(easy to spot since he stands at the front door) at all cost.
