HSBC Retail Services - polaris Atvs Dealer Ships, stealing money for late charges non late payment Las vegas nevada

I have used a retail severvices cc to purchase a new atv from a polaris dealer ship. When i go and make the payment they give me a due date of 23rd of each month. well i ve made my payment on the 21st at 10 pm and still get late charge. they say i have to pay two days ahead in order to be on time.

I feel that if i make my payment by closing time on there due date they give me then i should have a on time payment made. not a late payment if i make it two days ahead. if they want it two days ahead the make the payment due on the 21st then. way i look at it once the subit payment is clicked on the net that money is gone and its in there accounts.
