I had a mechanical problem with my 2001 Harley Davidson. I clicked on an add that stated Just Answer had many Harley Davidson experts waiting to help me. I was assisted by someone called Race Tech.
The information he gave me was very sparse on details and cost me $48. He didn't offer me any real solution and I'm not sure he has ever actually worked on a Harley Davidson. I think that is alot of money to spend for less then expert advise and I would like a refund.

Hello,
When a customer doesn't receive a helpful answer we encourage them to respond to the Expert and tell them why the answer wasn't helpful. This will accomplish two things: 1) the Expert will work on a better answer and 2) other Experts will be aware that you are still waiting for a helpful answer and they may respond. C'mon, if you were not satisfied with the answer. You simply DO NOT accept it. Is that so hard? You could have asked for a refund too. It is possible that you did not give enough info to get a good answer. Be responsible!!!!
