Kikker 5150 is the worst company to deal with. The owner Kelly is a rude and a liar. He stated that before I ordered the bike I would have my MSO sent to me when I mailed in my warranty card. I did so and waited 4 weeks , and nothing I called Kelly he sd It was sent. Another 2 weeks he now says he doesn't legally have to send it. WTF! He assures me he will send it out, I asked him "didn't you say you already sent it out?" He says well send in another warranty card and we will send it out for you. I did so. #months ago and still nothing ! What a complete idiot ,He was rude every single time I spoke to him which must have been 100 times. This is a huge problem If I can't register the bike without the MSO why get it? The ONLY reason I got the bike is because he assured me that I would get the MSO to register the bike. I now have the bike with at least 3 wrong parts and broken signals which never worked and will never be replaced by kikker 5150 and I CAN"T EVEN RIDE IT LEGALLY cuz Kelly is a rude liar who can't run a business.

I would like to file a rebuttal.

I am a Kikker5150 customer and have had dealing directly with Kelly. I have also observed him in other forums dealing with both end users as well as with his dealer network. My personal experience indicates that Kelly is very responsive and does not misrepresent his product. He provides MSOs to dealers and direct customers as requested via a clearly defined process.

As per the rebuttal about Kelly sending out MSO's when requested; That is absolutley false. I was asked to send in the warranty card and fill out a form he said that is all I needed to do. I have done this twice and he says "He is busy and it is not a priority for him" he also stated if he decided that he didn't want to send it he legally wouldn't have to." what a prick DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MSO? and to the guy who thinks that I will ,WHERE THE HELL IS MINE ? IT'S BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS and I am in contact with Kelly aonce a week.

Ok  here it goes, #1 the MSO ==worthless there are now as of today 8 states that you can't title a kikker 5150 in due to the fact that they are not street legal.

#2 The vin # on the bike is only a frame # and is not for the use of titleing.

now if you do get it titled , you are very lucky and it may take a year in these states to get back to you but you will recive a notes from the DMV that they are revokeing your title. Like i did. So for thouse of you that did get one be glad because there are alot of people that never will.
