Motobuys stands behind our products and we have built a reputation for going "above and beyond" to satisfy our customers. We are BBB rated, Buy Safe Guaranteed, Veri-sign approved and Yahoo Certified.
This customer called and ordered a dirt bike. He was sent the exact bike he ordered. However after he received it he called and said he wanted a different model. However the amount customer was charged was for the exact model he ordered and received. Perhaps customer was confused in what he thought he actually ordered.
We told customer to simply pack the bike up in the crate and return it for a refund. Customer has chosen by his comments not to do so and instead file this untrue complaint. Customer has not said there is anything wrong with the bike.
At this point, there is nothing more we can do for the customer. We are disappointed that our efforts did not meet his expectations.
Motobuys is confident that our longstanding commitment to satisfy our customers will stand on it's own merits despite the filing of a false complaint like this one.

If this guy would have just told me that it was a mistake or a mix up or something of the sort, in which I could definitely understand, because it's Christmas and I'm sure he may have had quite a few orders going out and myself owning my own business for over 15 years and dealing with numerous venders and the public, I could definitely understand mistakes happen, but when a customer has a complaint about merchandize that was purchase from your business, you should take a professional, polite and courteous attitude about the situation in order to correct the problem. I called this company back to explain to them that the Dirt -Bike I received was not the bike that I ordered, I said that I ordered The SSR-XR 70cc Upgraded Front & Rear Hydraulic Disc Breaks, Upgraded Rear Swing Arm "Straight" Steel Type, and other Upgrades, and without any pause or telling me to hold on a sec while I pull your invoice to check, Instead I was just told "NO" the bike you got is the one you ordered", I then explained to him that my son specifically wanted that bike, so when I ordered the bike, I specifically asked," was this the picture of the exact bike on the web page that was being advertised for the holiday spacial, and I called a second time, just to be sure because of the disclaimer that they had at the very bottom of the web page stating, "That Prices, specifications, and images are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors. I told him that I was 100% sure of what I asked for and what I was told I was going to receive, he then asked me " well what is wrong with that bike" I responded that it was not the bike I ordered, I was expecting to receive the bike my son wanted for Christmas and that wasn't the bike that I ordered. He then went into a ramp about how he's been riding dirt bike for over 20 years and he's been in over 2,000 races ( as if that was suppose to intimidate me) and trying to tell me that my son would be happy with that bike, I said that I'm not saying that it's a bad bike, but it's not the bike he wanted and it wasn't the one I ordered and paid for. He then said if it's a problem with the brakes not being disc, I might can give you back $50, I said that I want the bike that I ordered with the up graded suspension and it's 3 inches higher then the one you sent me. I told him to pull up the website to see the bike that he was advertising, he told me to hold on a second while he checked, he then came back to the phone and said," we stopped selling that bike awhile ago" I said, well why would you advertise a bike (that states all the specs) for a holiday spacial that you no longer carry and then specify that I was going to receive that bike. I just wanted the bike that I paid for. I am almost certain it would have cost me another $190 to pay for shipping the bike back to him. I'm sure I'm not the first person that he has knowingly deceived by advertising something he admitted to me he did not have, so I'm smart enough to know when to cut my lost of about $670 and not deal with the piece of SH?T any more.
It's now December 31st, and after telling me that he been stop selling that bike, he still have that same bike advertised for sale on his website.

Again Motobuys stands behind our products and we have built a reputation for going "above and beyond" to satisfy our customers. We are BBB rated, Buy Safe Guaranteed, Veri-sign approved and Yahoo Certified.
This customer complaint is all personal opinion with ZERO basis in fact.
In the last 3 years we have sold over 5000 SSR pit bikes. 99.9% of customers love there bikes. If we were indeed shipping the incorrect bike then complaints would be many, however not 1 complaint of us shipping the wrong bike has ever been filed anywhere. Except by this guy. That alone speaks for itself in how groundless this complaint is.
This customer was offered a refund if he wanted one. Any normal person if they are unhappy with a purchase would simply return it. The customer has chosen not to do that, if he is so unhappy with his purchase then why did he keep it? So that really makes this complaint rather baseless as we were willing to correct HIS MISTAKE in what he ordered. Our company gains nothing by shipping an item that is incorrect. We will never intentionally do that, ever! Regardless, if he feels he got the wrong bike, then again why did he choose to keep it? That makes no sense at all.
At this point, there is nothing more we can do for the customer. We are disappointed that our efforts did not meet his expectations.
WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY more REBUTTALS OF THIS COMPLAINT as it is as pointless as this complaint is groundless.
Motobuys is confident that our longstanding commitment to satisfy our customers will stand on it's own merits despite the filing of a false complaint like this one.

There is an old saying, that if you will lie, you will steal. This guy, that I'm sure is the employee/owner of this company that has responded to this report, and he is the same person that I spoke with when I placed my order, claim that this is my opinion with no facts to support my claim that he is a rip-off. He claim that I called and ordered a dirt bike, and I was sent the exact bike I ordered and after I received it I called and said I wanted a different model. However the amount I was charged was for the exact model I ordered and received, so Perhaps I was confused about what I thought I actually ordered. "Yeah right" This guy is a liar and a thief, the model bike that I ordered was a HOLIDAY SPECIAL SSR 70-XR Pit / Dirt Bike with Upgraded Suspension that is still advertised on his website, for a Sale price of $449.00, but the bike I received was a SSR 70 Pit / Dirt Bike Sale price: $399.00.
Here are the facts, I was charged $449.00 for the SSR 70-XR Pit/ Dirt Bike, charged $189.00 for shipping fee, and charged another $49.00 same day ship out fee to insure that I receive the bike before Christmas, it adds up to $687.00. When I called back the second time to insure that I was going to receive the exact bike that was advertised on the website, I also ordered a chest guard and shin and elbow pads.
Here, I have cut and pasted the times and date of the phone calls from my online phone records and the transaction from my online bank account statement to prove that this guy is a liar, just due the math for the first DBT purchase. People lie, numbers don't.

Like I said the first time that I wont even trust him to return the bike and send me my money back. He's right about the bike, theirs nothing mechanically wrong with the bike, It's just not the bike I ordered, instead of sending the bike back and dealing with this dishonest, lying, piece of crap, I just gave the bike to one of my son's best friend for Christmas, who's family was a little less fortunate then mine, and bought my son a bike that he wanted from a local bike dealer, I paid much more money for the new bike my son picked out, but I have a peace of mind that if something go wrong with the bike, I can just drive a few mile away to where I bought it from. Now my opinion is that he took advantage of me because I was 3,000 miles away and that it was close to Christmas and he was out of the bike that I ordered, but being greedy like most dishonest people are, instead of loosing a sale, he decided to send me what he wanted to and kept my money and now saying that I made a mistake and if I want my money back, I have to pay for the return shipping that he, of course will take out of my money. I'm not saying that he has done this to everyone, but he has done this to me, and you may be the next one. I just want to warn people of this guy and his company.

Again all he had to do is send it back for a full refund, which makes this phoney complaint groundless. He was never lied to at anytime. He ordered the bike and and was shipped exactly what he paid for.
Since is the only customer that has ever said this out over 5000 pit bikes we have sold over the last 3 years, I leave it to the reader determine how legitimate this complaint is. He got an awesome bike at a great price and he was offered a refund. He is trying blame everyone but himself for his error.
Any rational and intelligent person if they were unhappy with a purchase would simply return it for a refund. He can make up fake stories here and post specs that are not correct to what he ordered, however again if he was unhappy all he had to do was return it for a refund.
We are sorry our service did meet his expectations.

This Guy think it's about the money,"NO" it's about the principle that he tried to rip me off because I'm 3,000 miles away, but what people like this don't realize is that some of us are intelligent enough to know how to reach out and touch them without leaving the comforts of our homes. I did not become successful in life by letting people rip me off. This guy keep responding to the complaint by saying that"I offered him a refund of his money", but what he did not say was that he offered to send me the correct bike I wanted, even as though he claimed that I order the wrong bike in which I know for a fact that I did not. I have owned and operated my own business for over 15 years, and any good business man know the rule of law in business is that, "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT". There never was any attempt to correct a mistake as he claim, because their was never a mistake made. Theirs no doubt in my mind that he knew what he sent me was not the bike I ordered, but when he could not convince me to keep it, thats when he said I could pack it back up and ship it back to him. If their would have been any mistake, miscommunication, or if I had just changed my mind about the bike I wanted, it would not have been any problem on my behalf to send the bike back to him and have him send me the one I wanted, but that was not the case, May be it has worked for him in the past, or may be this is the first time he has done this, but I'm sure he will think twice about doing this again, I will not sit silent if someone try to screw me over or rip me off. He also said that he would not respond to this post anymore.....LIAR!!!
