I have experienced the same problems as the other person who filed a complaint against Scootertronics. Apparently, they have a history of charging customers for products they are unwilling to deliver, then refusing to grant a refund. And if you search the internet, even when they deliver a product, it turns out to be a lemon and not working.

After doing much research, I have concluded that Scootertronics is a scam site and not a real business. I would recommend avoiding them at all costs unless you want to lose hundreds or thousands of dollars and want to throw money away.

Two scooter dealers I have had good experiences with are (((competitor's name redacted))) and (((competitor's name redacted))). If you are looking for a scooter, I recommend these sites as opposed to any of the other scammers.

sorry, …allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. I find it hard to believe that you made any attempt at all seeing how in the last five weeks after repeated attempts you will not contact me. HELLO IS THERE ANYONE THERE? I am forced to agree, avoid this company.
