Allied Van Lines - Akers Moving And Storage Damage, Steal, destroy, lose Ripoff Knoxville, Tennessee, Chicago, Illinois Internet

Allied Van Lines/Akers moving and storage were contracted to move our household from Johnson City, TN to Manhattan, Kansas. They were impossible to contact, and what their employees did not damage or destroy they stole or lost. The truck appeared to have nothing secured when it arrived and several items simply fell apart as they were removed from the truck. To top it off Allied felt it prudent to deny claims on several of the items that were destroyed and acknowledged as destroyed by their own employees.

I will never again use Allied and I would caution anyone needing to move to avoid them at all costs. They will break and steal your belongings and then simply deny your claim.
