This company is truly a poor excuse for a mover. This company has absolutely no disregard or compassion for people or their belongings. They lie, yell at you over the phone, tell you they will return calls and never do, overcharge, and just plain out stink when it comes to moving. They are a large company and it seems that one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. When you call to find out where your items are they give you the run around and transfer you here and there and finally when they have no answers for you the woman is rude to you and speaks to you like you're an idiot. They have GREAT salespeople which is why you reserve your move with them in the first place and then after they pick you up all communication stops and they pretty much cease speaking to you. I would only say to people moving, be wise with whom you chose to do your move and before you decide to use this company, just driver your car down the street and throw dollar bills or even hundred dollar bills out the window as you drive.
