the sale person was so nice and so professional, right a way i trusted them, and then as soon as they got my furniture the nightmare started...first they promesed me that i will receive my stuff 5 to 7 days after the pickup, 5 days later my stuff still in chicago, I travel a lot for my job so i'm not always home. then I talk to a guy named david and told him that, I'll be away away for few days so if they can delivred my furniture the following monday, of course he said no probleme...so i go for my trim outside the country and then reveiced a phone call from the driver that he will deliver my stuff in 2 days...well i told him that i wasn t here and David told me that it will be ok for the monday.. the truck driver said that if i'm not here well i will have to pay for extra fees for storage and then pay for movers to deliver....so i ask one of my friend to be in my place that day to get it...

then i call the rep to give my credit car number to pay the rest, but she didn t want to take it because i couldn t autorised by e-mail or fax that they could get pay by credit card...i was in the middle of nowhere with no fax and no internet...she said she will do it anyway, but at night the driver called again and said that he won t deliver because they was not paid...finally my friend went to the bank to get some cash....and of course she had to take a day off to be able to be at my place...

dont let them fool you, they will do the same to you....anyway i reported them to the BBB and will fight until i get my money back....if you 're been ripoff by them do the same more people will report them , better the service will be...maybe
