Bluebird Moving Services, Bluebird Moving and Storage Agent for Allied Van Lines RIPOFF BAD NEWS Santa Cruz California

I work for a containerized moving company in Kent, Washington. I contacted Bluebird Moving and Storage to assist me with the local delivery and labor for a customer originating in Santa Cruz. I spoke with the sales manager Dan. (Last name Gaynor perhaps...hard to understand on his voicemail) I played phone tag with this man for a week. Today he finally went out to the customers house to give her an estimate. The estimate was ridiculous...$1,600.00 for a local delivery?!? Further, he suggested to my customer that she not use the mobile storage containers for cross country transport. Instead he would get her a quote for the transport via Allied Van Lines. So in essence he bit the hand that fed him and anihilated any chance of future refferals from my company. My company has blacklisted Bluebird and I suggest any other companies looking for affiliates in the Santa Cruz area do the same. From a consumer standpoint, I also noticed that they are in bad standing with the Better Business Bureau for unresolved/unanswered customer complaints.
