Dolphin International Shipping rip-off! They took the money but never shipped good. Coral Springs Florida

My story is very similar to the rest of the complaints. I found Dolphin International Shipping in March 2004 when I was looking for a company to ship my furniture and personal belongings from Barcelona, Spain to Los Angeles where I was planning to move later the same year.

My goods were picked up on April 29th but never delivered.
After I paid them 2680 USD it got very difficult to reach them. I was told many lies and finally I lost completely contact with Kathryn Kaiser who seemed to be the only one who knew anything about my goods.

My furniture was supposed to arrive in 5 weeks, but it never did so I had to live in an empty apartment for many months and buy furniture that I already have…
After being very understanding and naive with them for a few months I finally realized that they are complete crooks – KELLY LOVE, RICH PEREZ and of course KATHRYN KAISER who has caused me many sleepless nights.

I found my goods in storage in Spain. They were never shipped because Dolphin International Shipping failed to pay the bill to the Spanish company who was supposed to ship them. I had to pay another 2000 USD plus the fee of the storage for half a year to the Spanish company. My goods should be leaving to LA any day now.

I filed a complaint to the BBB but I don't think that they'll be able to help. Kathryn Kaiser responded to my complaint claiming that my payment and documentation have been “delayed considerably” which is absolutely not true and completely UNACCEPTABLE! Fortunately I keep all the correspondence and papers that will speak for themselves.

Kathryn Kaiser and her company have caused me a lot of trouble, financial and emotional damage. Let's get together ,people, and sue her! She can't get away with it!
