Okay so I had to find a mving company on short notice and this company said that they could do it. They gave me an estimate of 1150 dollars for my move from Texas to Utah. Well first off they showed up to the pick up late after I had gotten different time estimates and finally showed up at 1:00 in the MORNING!!! I was very upset. Then they loaded my belongings and said it was going to be 1900 dollars because I took up double the space I was estimated on. But I had to move out of my apartment in less then 2 days so I couldn't do anything about it. So my husband and I drove to Utah in our car and were going to stay a short while with his parents until our possessions got here. There's no point to pay for an apartment with no stuff in it. So we have been living in their home with an air mattress and a suit case of clothes since then.

That was 7 weeks ago. We have been waiting 7 weeks! This is ridiculous. We were told it would take 10 to 15 days for delivery. We have already waited 3 times that!! I still have gotten an exact answer, only that they have left Houston a week ago and that they had jobs in between here and there. But Ricky, the dispatcher in charge of doing everything, told me they would be here 2 days ago and that the drivers were suppose to call me. This is after I have gotten probably 4 other estimats of arrival dates. That hasn't happen either. Well I will give an update when my stuff ever gets here so people can know how they lie and twist information around. You must really pay atttention with this guy. He tries to blame me for the situation that it is my faull that I am upset. That is ok for me to live without possessions for 2 months. I am going to fight to not pay all of my balance and this is not over!!!!

Nothing was kept from customer!

AUTHOR: Officer Manager - Houston (United States of America)

First of all I do want to apologize if this customer feels she has been wronged in any way. Being in the moving business you do have to realize a number of things can go wrong, and we do everything in our power to prevent any of those problems from taking place. When our drivers are on there way to pick-up your belongings they call at least an hour before arrival to confirm pick-up,at this time if had wanted for the drivers to wait till the next morning they would have done that but if you confirm the go ahead to proceed and retrieve the belongings they continue to the pick-up location. So you allowed the pick-up it's not like they just showed up and you were not aware of this. As for your estimate you were quoted for lbs. = $1150.00 but at the time of pick-up you advised that you had more weight than the 2000 lbs you were quoted for so the driver was instructed to give you a revised estimate and you accepted, after the revised estimate you were quoted for lbs. you accepted this quote. This revision brought your total to $1992.00 but after the discount of first $50.00 and then another $282.50 bringing your total to 1659.50. everything is based on weight its not just a figured off the top of there heads. As for the delivery you were contacted repeatedly and it was explained to you what was going on with the truck and that just as soon as we could get the other truck there your belongings would be delivered, and as I explained we can not predict that we would have mechanical problems in advance. We kept in contact, and extended every courtesy possible, we strive to do everything possible to accommodate our customers. If we were unable to accommodate you the customer all we can do is learn from our mistakes but, I feel we kept you informed about everythink during your move as well as following up with your claim that you have recieved.

                                                                        Thank you.

Xpress Relocation Inc - Losers!

They do what they want, NOT what the customer pays for.  They lie, cheat, and steal from poor innocent people because they can.  There are no laws protecting us.
