Morton Vanlines With holding my Belongings against my will Ashland Oregon

I recently moved from San Jose, CA to Portland, OR. The moving company I went with, Morton Vanlines was recommended through Rent.

I have been trying to have my belongings delivered since 2/17/08 with out any luck. Two days went back after my inital phone call and email, and someone called me back telling me that I could not receive my belongings as I requested and they would call me back with a delivery date. They never called.

The following week, they promised I was their top priority and they would tell me nothing but the truth and get right back to me. Needless to say nothing happened. At this point I filled a complaint with the BBB, however they are doing nothing to help.

I was told on Monday 2/25/08 that their truck was in the shop in San Diego and their driver was on his way to get it and then he was going to get my belongings out of storage in New Mexico and brought to me.

New Mexico? When they came and got my belongings in San Jose, I was told that my belongings were going to their warehouse in Oregan. They even gave me an address of their warehouse, which I drove by later and it is a residence, not a warehouse.

On Thursday,2/28/08 I received the following email:
the delivery will not be tomorrow. The driver has just gotten to the truck in San Diego but he has to go off duty due to his driving hours. He will be back on the road driving in 30 hours or so. I will definitely let you know when he is moving and at your storage in NM.
I really am sorry to have to tell you this. Your shipment is still at storage and we are getting our driver there asap. It is now Tuesday 3/4/08 and I have not heard back from them.

I have left several phone messages and emails with out a reply.
All I want is my belongings and lifetime memories back.
