Move Builders ABF UPack RIPOFF no warning of cancellation fees Brooklyn New York

Im a veteran receiving SSD and used the above company to facilitate my moving. I spoke with one of their reps who (because I was disabled) suggested I use the movebuilders who will send a crew to package and move all of my belongings. I agreed and the bill came up to a little over $5000.00 I was like woah!!! but I would not have to touch a thing, everything would be done for me I would not have to lift a finger, which is awesome news to me. I was told I needed to leave my  credit card in order to keep the reservation. So I gave my CC to keep on file. He assured me that my card would not be charged until the company move my belongings. Well I was supposed to get assistance to help pay for the amount, but it fell through. So I called to cancel my reservation and they charged me $200.00!!!??? I said what are you talking about? No one said anything about a cancellation fee. She replied well it is on your reservation email. I said when I called in to confirm my reservation, I asked if there is anything else? the lady said no just check the boxes to complete the reservation. I did that and now I cancel and BAM!!! $200.00 is coming out of my acct for NO services rendered. I will be taking this up with the BBB.
