Where should I start? They ripped me off as they ripped off all of you. Every single one of my belongings is seriously damaged (after arriving 10 days late and with multiple "hidden costs"). I am missing a $2000.00 elliptical machine. Customer Service hangs up on me and I am at the end of my rope.

I am in contact with attorneys at a firm in SF California who specialize in Class Action Lawsuits. It is time to do this for real people. If you want in, please reply with your contact. They (the attorneys) said strength comes in numbers.

I want to cry when I look at my precious belongings and see how they treated them with such disregard. A furniture repairman came for an estimate today and said he had never seen anyting like it...in thirty years.

Please, all of you who want to keep these guys from hurting another honest American citizen, stand up and be heard, we must!
