Nationwide Relocation - American Van Lines Bad business practices Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Nationwide relocation is a broker, they don't do your move!  Ryan was my broker and he promised me that everything would be great with my move.  Well it wasn't.  First of all American Van Lines movers didn't take all of my things from my house!  Can you believe that?  So I contacted my broker Ryan and his attitude was that it was my fault because I wasn't there for the move?  I had someone there for the movers and they didn't bring stuff that was on my inventory list.  I bought a $90 box for my flat screen TV from U-haul and was told the movers would use it.  They didn't and they left the box at my old house.  They were supposed to cover my mattress with mattress covers and they didn't.  My box springs and mattress are brand new and got dirty.  Stuff was broken and right in front of me the movers dropped my box that fragile all over it with my glassware and dishes after he just told me that he takes care of the customers stuff like it's their own.  I wasn't happy at all with the move or the promises from Ryan at Nationwide.
