North American Relocation Group are rip off artists and need to be sued.
They picked up my stuff and charged me $210 more than the original price quoted and were to deliver it by the 15th of August. I didn't recieve my items until the 21st. I made several attempts to call and find out where my stuff was and they kept telling me different dates or never called me back at all.
Once my stuff finally got to me, Boxes were smashed my plastic tubs were shattered and they mysteriously can't find my $1500 Kirby Vacuum. I called the company no one will answer my calls or return my phone call. So I called from a different number and they answer the phone. I've been told twice they would look in the warehouse for my vacuum and call me back, Still no call back. I HOPE YOU ENJOY MY VACUUM CONSIDERING YOU CAN'T USE IT WITHOUT THE ATTACHMENTS AND HANDLES SUCKERS, I packed those in a different box jerks. All I want is my vacuum back, I don't want money, I don't even care that you crushed a lot of my boxes. I will now be making payments on a vacuum I can't even use.
Thanks a lot, I will report you guys to every rip off report and the BBB.
