Olympic Moving And Storage, Inc Does not answer phones, steals your possessions and lies about delivery date Skokie Illinois

Olympic moving and storage inc has had my possessions for 11 days, and I have no idea where my things are at and when they will be delivered. I tried contacting the company by phone and email, no one answers the phones and no one returns my calls or emails. I even contacted the manager, who never responded to my complaints. I have been living in an empty apartment for almost two weeks without my things and they were supposed to deliver no later than 7 days after the pick up date. They also quote you at a cheap price and then hike up the prices once the show up. I was charged an extra $200 just for shrink wrap and tape, which they used on my furniture (which was supposed to be "included").
