after reading their complaints on this site I am very glad that I did not get too far with this company. I had an appt a week in advance for an in home estimate at 7am before I had to go to work. I went to bed late organizing everything to make the estimaters job easier and woke up extra early for the apointment. Well, no show, no call. I called Brenda who set this all up and she was like oh well! I let her know that I was glad that had happened so I found out soon enough how unreliable the company is and I could imagine what could have happened if I hired these people. And yes, she was nice as pie the first few conversations but after wards RUDE and unpleasant beware
