They were paid almost $20,000 for a household move from SC to NC. Full value insurance was purchased. One or more of their packers stole $15,000 worth of jewelry from me. They admitted in an e-mail that one of tge packers failed to report for a scheduled polygraph test. A police report was filed. Three months later and they still have not done anything!

Smith Dray Line paid the customer in Full!

AUTHOR: Lisa Stevens - Blythewood (U.S.A.)

Mr. Delancy was in fact paid the $15,000 that he claimed was the value of the jewlery that was missing from his shipment. We, as a company, tried to follow the correct steps in processing his accusation of theft. After the police report was filed we continuously called the local authorites to find out what was being done to resolve this issue. We met with many unreturned phone calls. We then took it upon ourselves and at our own expense, to subject all parties that were in the customer home to a lie detecter test, which all that took it passed. We had one individual that did not show up for the test. Based on this suspicious action and with out any further request for substaniation from Mr. Delancy we paid the sum of $15,000.00.

If you have any questions concerning this accusation please feel free to contact either myself or Scot Singletary at 1-800-332-5673.
