I used this company on Friday 11/16. They were slow, lazy, and left my apartment reeking of smoke. They told me at the very beginning that they accepted tips-very rude. They were very slow and only took one or two items max on each trip to the truck. We moved the same amount of furniture in two hours last year - these guys took three. And that was with us helping A LOT.

They were weazing and seemed completely incapable physically of doing the job. They banged practically every piece of furniture into the walls and made no attempt to apologize or try to be more careful. After they were done, he asked me again if everything was ok - tip worthy. I said it was fine, and signed the receipt leaving no tip. I was so annoyed at this point. He said, "No tip?"I said no, and then he turned to my boyfriend and asked him for a tip. I was appalled! A tip is a measure of good service, not required. They were very upset and angry that we hadn't tipped them.

I saw them walk past our cars that were parked near the truck, and then I turned away - assuming they were going to leave. It was dark out at this point, and we didn't go back outside or use the cars until the next day.

The next morning, there was a long scratch all along the passenger side of the car. We noticed it matched the white stones that are in our driveway exactly. Our neighborhood is very quiet and there is absolutely NO chance that anyone did that to our car. No one had been in contact with the cars after the movers were there. We are 99.9% sure they did it - as retribution.

We have filed a police report, and a detective has been in contact with us. I called the company right after we noticed the scratch and the manager was extremely defensive and not helpful at all. This company is horrible, and they have criminals working for them.

Besides the car incident, which I know we cannont prove -the moving experience was terrible. They did a very poor job, asked for tips repeatedly, got angry with us when we didn't, and the manager was completly unhelpful and rude. I am so disappointed with the entire experience. Please don't ever use this company! Learn from our mistake...
