Victory Van Corporation sells their service on the fact that they only use professional movers that do not damage items.  They actually used very unprofessional movers that over loaded the truck our belongings where on and did not take the time to properly load our goods.  They broke a leg off our desk as they didn't take the time to remove the legs.  They broke our lamp by jamming it in the truck.  They also broke our gas grill by throwing it from a 6 foot step ladder on top of the rest of our packed items in the truck.  When the truck arrived it was in the drivers words "Over weight and over length".  When the broken items were tallied the driver assured us that they would come out and inspect the items and compensate us as they are a class act company.  The damage was roughly $1,000 which they offered us $84 without coming out to look at our damaged items.  We had used Allied before for corporate moves, but clearly they do not take care of their personal moves the same way.  They promised professional service that they would stand behind, what we got was a poor quality move where they have been very unwilling to admit that they had any part in the damages.  If you have a choice in movers to select please select an alternate to Victory Van Corporation as what they sell you in service is not what they deliver.
