World Moving Services-Preferred Relocation Danger Will Robinson-Danger! What your property damanged this is the group. No sense of doing the right thing. Internet

Horrible! Horrible! I can't even rate this company. They moved my furniture from the east coast to the west. When they arrived and loaded the truck the driver demanded a tip in cash and won't move he wanted 10% my daughter paid 180.00 (her food money) When I complained to Preferred Relocation, the outsourced movers at first the rep. claimed another name but the voice was the same she said her name was Amy, Tina onetime, Jessica, the next, Melissa and Crystal I finally called her on it and said look I know this is the same person.

They did deduct that amount back. But when my furniture arrived the movers would not unload until I paid the balance in cash!!
I had an inventory of 11 pieces-9 were damaged along with two boxes which displayed several large holes like a fist punch.

My furniture was 9 months old-the dresses was crack on the top, both sides smashed in, side table drawers broken out so they no longer can hold anything, marble table wood scratched where tools used to set-up had marred the wood, buffet side cracked down the sides and back, chairs oil stained and the list goes on. When I mentioned this to the driver he said to fill out a claim from and had to go on to another drop off.
I submitted my claim to Anthem, Preferred and World, well the offered me $150.00 that's it!!!! The move cost approx. $2,000.00 and the furniture cost $8,000.00. I looked up this company on http://Ripped-Off.com and saw so many complaints that shows that both these companies have been vultures before.The responded to me by saying hey we move thousands of people every year so go away.

I wish I would have known about Ripped-off and this site first. This is not a stand up company

I AM SENDING THIS INFORMATION TO BBB, FL ATTORNEY GENERAL AND every site I can think off and social network group as well as any consumer protection agency I know.
