Worldwide Relocations hasn't delivered ; Wedding presents are missing! They agreed to ship our daughter's wedding presents to her new home in Norway. Pembroke Pines, Florida

We hired Worldwide Relocations to deliver wedding presents and other personal possessions to our daughter and her husband who moved to Norway. The shipment was picked up at our house on November 28, 2004 and we have yet to receive any indication these have been shipped. All e-mails and phone calls (from us and our son-in-law) to anyone at Worldwide Relocations have been met with silence.

The last e-mail we received from this company was on January 25, 2005 from Cecil Costadondi, Jr. reassuring my husband that "I've assumed conrol of all customer service issues so that I can give each customer the care and attention their shipment deserves..." Nothing has happend since then.

We have no idea where our daughter and son-in-laws things are.
