C.M.S Moving & Storage Inc. Company is a scam! Contracts workers who do not speak english. Do not hold up to contract, charge more, late delivery and cell phone numbers that go dead. The company makes you pay before they unload. Internet, New Jersey

This company is a scam. They contract any 2 guys who show up at their door with a truck.  The contract was written falsly and they hold your belongings hostage until you pay their over fee.

We contracted this company to move from CT to NJ.  We had a contract for same day delievery with 3 men, and cap on travel time.

2 men showed up 5 hours late and then never showed up to NJ with our stuff. THe cell phone numbers that we were give had "Full Mailbox" and the comany phone number was "an unworking number" After many phone calls and emails the next day we finally talked to somone.

Once, they arrive, 4 hours after they said they would, we were forced with a bill that was $315 more than our quota. The company would not unload the truck without payment. Two different guys showed up, which was also shady. After arguing on the phone with "the boss" he agreed to drop the price to $800. Still unsatisfied, but just happy to see our things, we agreed.

The man on the phone hardly spoke english and said the truck the night before had broken down, but it was the same truck and plates that was at our house is CT.

The truck is unmarketd with small "CMS" on the side.

We are disputing our extra charges.

Do not use this company.

We had extra people around us when the company came to unload, we felt that unsafe.
