Condor Moving Systems Lied about the amount of the move Arlington, Texas

My wife contacted Condor Moving Systems to do our move from Mckinney, Tx. to Crown Point, In everything was set in stone so we thought.  The movers came and picked up our furniture and the boxes that were already packed.

There were a couple of things that needed to be wrapped and packed and they did that and shared with me the price of the materials that was fine.  Now I thought I knew what the entire move would cost me well Condor had a surprise for me.

I get a call from Condor Moving Systems (Rhonda) and she stated that we were 840 pounds over and she told me what the price would be in which I was aware of from making the reservation except for the surprise of a 10% fuel surcharge, but still I was not comfortable with this so I requested a re-weigh.  I was informed that the driver would contact me and tell me to meet him at the closest weigh station by me, well that never happen.  I get a call from the driver I will be at your house in 15 mintues, so when the driver arrived he requested the payment and then he proceeded to say I only have half your furniture with me and I will have to go back to storage to get the rest.

I had items broken and still have missing items so I contacted Rhonda at Condor Moving Systems (Customer Service (a JOKE)), she tells me well you should have told the driver to go to the weigh station, what good would it do to go to a weigh station when you have half my stuff on the truck with someone elses stuff.  Then tell her that I have things that are missing and broken and they just don't care.

Condor Moving Systems is a Joke you want to get ripped off use them.
