After nearly one year claiming and them telling me to wait a bit to sort my situation out with the transport suplier they had used, now they are ignoring my emails.
I have received excuses from them of any kind, even using the death of a sister and was the aniversary that week and that was really upseting.
From the main branch, this guy has been called the attention twice and this is why he has answered saying again that the main thing is the customer but not refund has been done.
I suppose nothing I can do about it. Once you pay you can forget about a refund that has been dealt for me to accept the goods.
Really unprofesional, really frustrating and really anoying.
