After being lied and ill-informed to where abouts in the world our furniture was during 2 weeks (sleeping on the floor and eating with the plate on the sofa) we were then informed that our order was in Holland at customs.
After several days more we decided to cancel the order and they answered that was in Alicante (near our village) and insured us that it was on its was to us the next day
The transport agency told us that was a mistake and that they had to return the pallet to Barcelona once again so we decided to cancel.
Mr Derek promise total satisfaction and even though we had to wait a further 4days whilst our order was taken from the next villiage all the way to Barcelona and back, we accept the goods and I stated very clearly that I wasn't going to pay for the transport.When the order eventually arrived they arrived opened.The transport for those was nearly 800 euro/dollar, the money was never refunded!! Unfortunetly we had paid for the order and delivery up-front, something we will never so again.

After nearly one year claiming and them telling me to wait a bit to sort my situation out with the transport suplier they had used, now they are ignoring my emails.

I have received excuses from them of any kind, even using  the death of a sister and was the aniversary that week and that was really upseting.

From the main branch, this guy has been called the attention twice and this is why he has answered saying again that the main thing is the customer but not refund has been done.

I suppose nothing I can do about it. Once you pay you can forget about a refund that has been dealt for me to accept the goods.

Really unprofesional, really frustrating and really anoying.
