This company was the worst moving I've ever used, and I've used a lot! Not only did they show up late, but the movers threw boxes into a pile, every box had at least 1 thing smashed or broken, scratched or broke almost every piece of furniture I have, or shall I say had, then to top it all off when I called to complain to the main office, they don't take my calls. It was so bad, I had to call the police on the delivery men because I was afraid for my life and they were going to leave many of the bigger boxes outside at 10:30 in the evening. They were rude, unprofessional, didn't put anything back together as promised. They wouldn't even put the furniture in the appropriate place! DON'T USE THESE HACKS!! THEY MAKE PROMISES, BUT ARE QUICK NOT TO KEEP THEM. They should do the right thing by me, but chose to ignore me. They expected me to sign a form that everything arrived in good condition before they opened the truck. Then they would only take cash, or nothing would've come in.

I have many pictures to back up these statements.

I Don't Understand???

You say you've used a lot of moving companies before.  Why didn't you use one of the companies you were satisfied with before?  Did this have anything to do with cost?

Moving is not an inexpensive venture and choosing the cheapest mover will often result in the most expensive move possible.  Your recourse at this point is to file a claim - however your claim will be paid ay $0.60 per pound - per your contract....
