Freedom Moving And Storage Where is my belongings why doesn't any one return phone calls, broken promises ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I moved from Georgia to Washington State. Leaving on 11/01/06 it is now 12/01/06 and my and my childrens belongings are not here yet I have made numrous phone calls with leaving nonthing but messeages and no return phone calls, left many emails and not a word in return. I have spoken to one person Sophia and said that my belongings were on route here that was a week ago and would have the dispatcher call me with details on who the driver is and when they would be in.

I called the next day because she never called me back and the same old route was taken no return phone calls , do these people even care that my kids christmas is going to be gloomy because all there stuff is in limbo somewhere. I would never ever tell anyone to use them they are a rip off artist and need to get my belongings soon.
