The movers were 1.5 hrs late for a 1 bedroom condo move. I booked the service elevator for the maximum allowed time of 3 hours so they missed the window and some of my stuff was missed. It took them over 3 hours to move everything out and I did not have any appliances to be moved. I had to rent a van to go pick the rest of it up.

They broke my TV, scratched my furniture and in general, did not handle my things with care.

They did not explain costs, and were elusive with fees and insurance coverage. One of my biggest mistakes is that I did not conduct a reference check because they had no references to provide when I asked for some.

Please don't do business with these guys! They are like ogres!
