MTF Relocation Best Local Relocation Over Charged, Broke and chipped furniture, rip off! San Jose, California

When I booked the job I specifically said I need it in the latest slot (4-6p), I can't afford more than 4 hours and what do I get within the hourly cost (3hr minimum x $68/hr)?  Brian Feldmier said, a few wardrobe boxes, blanket wrapping furniture.  Okay, I'm good with that. I know I will need about 4 hours, I will have friends help, Brian said, fine, that will help make it go faster.  Guys arrive, say they don't want to do the job. Said it was too late. Now...I had no dining room furniture to move, no office furniture to move, most of it was boxes.  No TV's.  A couple appliances.  They said, oh no, this will take more than 4 hours. My response was, I can only do a 4 hour max, I am tapped out. I said why did you take the job if its too late and too much, I explained the size of my house and what I had?  Their response, that Brian doesn't know what he is doing he is just a sales guy. 

I told the crew, if you have to charge me extra for anything, don't do it. Just do what comes with the move. I asked again, I was told a few wardrobe boxes come with it and blanket wrapping, the guy nods his head and gets 3 wardrobes for me. I was charged for 4 wardrobe boxes, there were only 3.  I should have been charged 0.  Then I am charged for all this extra stuff of blanket wrapping furniture.  I specifically said to you and your lead guy, if you have to charge extra don't do it, I can only afford the 4 hours of the guys time. 

Next they start tossing my boxes and furniture around like rag dolls.  Next they hold my stuff for ransom because they demand cash.  I opened up all my stuff the next day and not only did they break the expensive retractable screen door, rip a hole in a wall in the house, but they chipped and scratched almost every piece of furniture.  They literally threw a heavy metal table on top of a wood armoire.  They left a complete mess at the old place.  Debris of tape rolls all over the place and blankets and boxes strewn inside and outside. Slobs.  I paid $660 in cash, much more than I expected.
