I'm now finding out that this corrupted industry will stop at nothing. They have even implanted their own (Ye'Ela Haggai is both the CEO of AY, wife to the owner Amit Ezyoni (aka: Ezoni) & the partner to Michael Garcia at Garcia Haggai Law Group) into the legal field as attorneys to collect on bogus debts from their victims.

I believe this is not only highly unethical but also illegal. There are very specific consumer protection laws regarding debut collections. If you have been served a collection notice from their attorney(s) regarding the balance to your moving ‘contract' please reply here with their attorney's information. Even if the moving company is something other than AY or National, as they have several ‘sister' companies as well; Massada, Progressive Van Lines, Inc., Mid West Relocation, and Progressive Transporting Service.

Garcia passed the bar in November or 2003, Haggai in December. They went to law school together at U. of San Fransisco SOL. Haggai has been working very hard the last few years to be able to legally protect her husband's money!

Actually, I've just found out that Haggai has now passed the Florida state bar as well. And now have made Florida their residence. Funny, that is where National is based. BTW: that is where Randy & his wife (Aubrie) handed over CEO role for Progressive Van Lines, Inc to Amit Nov of 2002.
