As a moving company MovingOut strives to provide all of our customers with the most professional and satisfying moving experience available.  In this specific situation as a moving company we did everything that was discussed with you prior to moving.  This job was across nearly the entire country (NJ to NV) and expecting your things to be their immediately is just not realistic and was most noted to you prior to your book your move with MovingOut.com. It should be noted that your belongings were all delivered within the DOT (Department of Transportation) legal time frame of delivery. It may have taken longer than desired, but it should be noted that the job was delivered within its time frame.

Is this an attack on the industry as a whole, or an attack on us as a company?  We desire to perform the most professional and law abiding moves. The government does have legal control of all licensed and insured moving companies (MovingOut.com if fully licensed and insured).  Please understand that as a company we are sorry that you waited longer than expected to receive your belongings.

We would appreciate you following through with your report now that you have received your belongings and have had the opportunity to read our rebuttal to your report. Moving Out wanted to take the time to at least let other customers and potential clients that we do strive to provide the most professional and experienced moves in the industry. Again we are not perfect, but any company claiming to be is lying, but we stand by the fact that we try to perform the most stress free and professional jobs as possible for all of our clients.
