This is typical of the scartistic, unprofessional attitude of the company that keeps me publicizing their horrendous behavior and to illustrate the company, "relocation.com“, that endorses their service.

Someone has 48 hours to make this good or I send a copy of this and every other and profane and unprofessional email that I have to the NJ and CT Attorney's Generals office as well as to the FTC and both state moving associations.

This abuse will not go unresolved

Anybody doing a minimal amount of research on their own would see that they are potentially the greatest rip-off movers in the Northeast

What kind of organization recommends this kind of company??

Do you even check the Internet for their reputation??

2.5 HOURS LATE ARRIVING 

SMOKING WHILE MOVING FURNITURE

LAYING ON THE GROUND IN THE HALLWAY OF MY UNIT AND OUTSIDE MY HOUSE

COMPLAINTS FROM THE NEW NEIGHBORS ABOUT THEIR TRASH AND SMOKING 

NO RESPONSE FROM THEM TO THE BBB

ABUSIVE AND THREATENING LANGUAGE TO ME 

TOTAL DISREGARD FOR VALUE OF FURNITURE 

NO MOVING EQUIPMENT , NO SPECIAL PACKAGING , NO CARE IN PACKING 

TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRIDE OF WORKMANSHIP 

RECOMMENDED AND ENDORSED BY RELOCATION .COM , WHO REFUSE TO RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES

Unreasonable Customer - Too much time

We have been trying to help Mr. Cortese with his complaints - he has been most uncooperative and as a spoiled child just wants what he wants and does not want to go thru any protocol that is required by our company.

I have sent and asked him several time to fill out a claim form - sign it - and get it back to us - so that we have a formal complaint on file and that would open a claims case on him - again he has refused to do so.

We have dealt appropriately with any and all compalints he has made. Again we have tried to respond to this customer but he cannot be pleased

Dear Sir, 

I have submitted two notarized copies of claim forms outlining my complaints.  I have also filed with the BBB of NJ and you have no responded to them. I have written to Relocation.com who recommend you and they have not responded .

I have written to the NJ & CT attorney general office after you told me you didn't care 

Your reputation on the internet speaks for itself, eg you have changed names several times in the past and its actually difficult to keep up with all of your names and complaints against all of your firms.

You have an F rating with the BBB

Please tell me how I am being childish , what I have asked for and what you have offered as fair compensation and which of my claims are erroneous .

Capital Van Lines screwed me too.  I will also copy the Attorney General, Department of Transportation, and American Moving and Storage Association on all complaints.  I will quite possibly be contacting the Department of Immigration as well since one employee told me a few others didn't have appropriate documents.

Be advised, Capital Van Lines, aka A Security Moving and Storage, North United Van Lines, Continental Van Lines, and Summit Van Lines, that the long arm of the United States Federal Government will soon be catching up to you.

Other Agencies that would like to know

I was also screwed by Capital Van Lines.  I will be contacting the Attorney General, Department of Transportation, American Moving and Storage Association, Protectyourmove.gov, Department of Immigration (I was told by one employee that a few others didn't have documentation), NJ Governer's Office, relocation.com, and Better Business Bureau.

Can we think of any others?  If these agencies get enough letters copied to them they will surely look into better protecting consumers in the future.
