My husband and I received a letter inviting us to a free lunch and business opportunity in La Jolla, California, by Stores Online / Duvera. We took extensive notes and considered buying the services, which are listed on our contract. We paid $2500 with a credit card, Duvera financed the rest, and all was done there at the seminar, that same day. Stores Online services, however, were never rendered.

We called and got constant excuses about why we were not receiving the services we were paying for. We emailed, faxed, telephoned and wrote to Stores Online to no avail. They distracted us by having another company call us and set up an online store with them, then we did the advertising, made sales, and never received our profits from the sales. So, it was only a further rip-off.

There is much detail regarding our extensive efforts for months, while Stores Online made it impossible to succeed and never even gave us the companies to sell for, as promised. All promises made by them were lies, all phone calls were finger-pointing and lame exuses.

Now we are harrassed by Duvera to pay thosands for absolutely nothing in return. I would love to get a class-action lawsuit going and shut down these scam-artist, ripoff cons. They should not be allowed to continue stealing from people, any more than a hold-up thug on the street. They are stealing thousands of dollars from thousands of people without using a gun, but by breaking their contract, then acusing their victims of doing so.

My husband and I are both hoping to generate interest in a class-action lawsuit against Stores Online's unethical business practices. We paid $3,998.00 for their services on February 6, 2006, and after reading all the complaints registered with the Better Business Bureau (331) and all the complaints on this site, we want out! And we want to be reimbursed our fees.

They lie, deceive, misrepresent, and cheat consumers out of money or encourage consumers to put it on a credit card if they do not have the money. Stores Online is there for the quick buck and playing with lives and livelihoods without the least regard for people's lives.

If you agree please join in on the Class-Action Lawsuit that I'm trying to generate. Contact me at (((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)) with your names and contact information.
