This time Stuart Rubens is trying to SCAM people with debt settlement company he calls NDDN for National Debt Defenders Network sometimes it is called WhiteStar Financial. Either way if you here his name or this company- run for the hills!!!

He has been stealing from people for years. The SEC was all over him for lying about yields on bonds and then he had to leave that business. Just type "Stuart Rubens debt settelment" into google and see what comes up....

You can also every case against him on thr NASD website and see where he was barred for what he did to those people.

He is also one of those people that hangs the handicap sign on his mirror so he can steal parking, but is able to walk just fine. He could care less about somebody with a real handicap. He took this same spot every single time I was at the office and he moves around just fine. Lowest form of scum in my opinion.

It has been two weeks since these guys realized that my clients did not invest with their company because of their disgusting histories with the SEC/NASD- and me telling them not to invest after Rubens and his partner Kirschner showed their true colors. After two weeks, of knowing the truth they still have illegal and private information published about me.

My lawsuit against them is rock solid so I already know how things will turn out. I just wish that I had never met these maggots and burned 3 months of my life trying to work with them. Whatever, I am sure it is a blessing in disguise....

Stay away from STUART RUBENS, PETER KIRSCHNER or Marc Plotkin.

They had Marc Plotkin call me pretending to be honestly working out an agreement with while they were still posting lies about me. The truth will prevail as it always does!!!

If you are a potential employee or client- STAY AWAY from these and their companies.
