My Best Advice to trying to get your money back is, do what I'm doing and take the Bums to Small Claims Court or consult with your local legal aid offices for advice?? At present, Teleten and David Buddan a.k.a. David Alexander are on the run! Our process server made an attempt a couple of weeks ago to serve the lawsuit paperwork and found out that Buddan did a "midnight move-out", but a semi-reliable source tells me that he did not go far and is setting up shop in the L.A. area. Any leads (no pun intended) on their new location - Please Post it Here!! Good luck to all the many Teleten victims..........

Just a quick shout out to Maverick 626 to say T.Y. for the Location Info - it appears to be Current Info as the Posting was Recent within the past month (2011). My question now is obviously - What's the Statutue of Limitations to File an Action in Small Claims to try and recoup my Money wasted with these Clowns?

Anybody Know for sure, I'd sure appreciate that info. Guess I could call North Court, Fullerton CA where I originally filed suit a few years back. Spun wheels with Serving Papers as Teleten played Hide n Seek with my process server. Maybe that fact would Play in my favor for any laws on limitations of time to file lawsuits for restitution?
