Uprate inc This company sent me a fake check from a real company called Ternes Procurment Services Redford, Michigan

I received a letter from Uprate Inc about being a mystery shopper, with the letter was a check for $3,700.00.  The check was from Ternes Procurement Services.  The letter with the check instructed me to cash the check, spend $90 at either Wal-mart, Kmart, Home Depot or Best Buy.  I was to then fax the receipt of my purchase to the given fax number.  Then I was told to send a money gram to one of two different locations for $3,150.00 (they gave me names and address) and to fill out a report that was with the letter on how the service was I received while making the money wire.  I was to keep $340.00 for training payment.  Once I completed the services I would recieve a payment check for $440.00.  Thinking how this did not seem legit I looked up Uprate Inc on the internet and found several negative reports about this company with a similar scam.  I have contacted Ternes Procurement Services to notify them of the check I received from Uprate Inc.  Uprate Inc steals bank account information from companies and then makes fake checks that appear to be real.  If you receive a check from this company do not deposit it, it will most likely be returned and you do not want to get involved in this scam.
