It's cool reading all of what you guys are saying cause when I was working there I hear both stories all the time. I was there for 10 weeks, got a triple or double promotion every week and even had my own crew making some decent money and it got to the point where I didn't even have to go out with my crew and I still made money of the sales they made which was sweet. I talked to Sara a while ago and heard Zach moved to Florida I think to start another branch... but the point is I do miss the company... it was the hardest job I've ever had in my life, but it helped me build character and perseverance. I quit cause I wanted to move to cali to be a full time musician and try to become famous or something... never worked out haha. But its a great company only if you're willing to work your a*s off!

It is a fraud the new group of suckers hired start on Monday 02-22-10 at 12-2 again on Tue and then a full day on wed. I have information please stay away it is dangerous and evil. How they are not in prison yet I do not know but its comming!

If you were able to make the thousand dollars for extra pocket change, then you must be just as shystee as the people who hired you, or robbed your branch manager while you were sneaking into a hotel.

I worked for this company fall of 2008. I was is a big jam with bills and being layed off of my job was no help. When I was contacted for a branch managers position, I was shocked.

I was starting to think, that the world really is full of opportunities, which is true but only to a certain extent. There is a difference between opportunity and taking advantage of an opportunity.

The people in control of these distribution companies are indeed con artists, looking to train other con artists. It's not that selling cologne that is fake is being a con artist. I mean if people are wiling to buy it then by all means sell it to them. But to be trained into what to say/con, inorder to get this job done.

I do admit that I learned some great direct marketing techniques and did improve my communication skills, but I did not advance in my life.

While I was off in another city trying to pay bills, I was being robbed at home by my roomate. I spent Friday in Phoenix thinking that It was jus to meet Zach Dunn and the gang, but it was to hit goals. They talked me into staying by motivating me to make money.

I did make money but very little, and what I did make was spend on food. I went into overdraft as well with my debit because I was broke.

13 hours approaching and pitching, and finally we find a motel to crash at. Of course our team of 3 would have to decide a person to sleep on the floor. No big deal, it's just a floor, but to lie to the motel and say you have wedding dresses and to get another bed is just another fact of conmanship.

It's funny because we were caught sneaking the two people into the room, seeing how it was only payed for one person. The manager had to spend money at another hotel for the night, which is no big deal, but I was freakin tired from all the work and making no money.

I would have quit, but I had no way to get home and plus I was kind of glad to get out of my city and see some different faces.

When we returned, I waited till the next wendsday so I can eat the tasty wings that they provided for the new comers. There were two girls that were next up hired and ready to be turned into con artists. I wanted to tell them, but the managers were always there to prevent any conversation.

Even that Wendsday when I was supposed to train one of the girls to learn, I was not given this option. I thought I was promoted to manager already, but no I was still selling cologne.

I did not return Thursday but my phone was blowing up from these people. Probablly wanted to convince me to come back, but I didn't answer. One week and a trip was enough for me.

The trip would have sucked due to the fact they say no alchohal, no cell phones, no sex, and a bunch of other crap.

Well just for the record, I had sex with three different girls on three different nights, and smoked a bunch of chronic. Furthermore I think Sara Carl is hot, and I would work that job again, just to get a little close to her. Lol.

May memories make us stronger.

If anyone is talking out of their a*s it is u. They have to be kicking you back some nice pocket change to make urself look like such a dumb individual. I worked for the company almost 6 months. I know what I am talking about. It wasn't till a "incedent" at the company broke the delusional brainwashing power that they had on me that I realized how wrong this is. They are a school that trains con-artist to profit the stuipid, rich, weak, not of sound mind people that are struggling in this economy. I admit that if someone is dumb enough to buy a bottle of $9 perfume for $60 then that is there bad. But it doesn't make it morally right. The people that come to this company need money now, and instead of truly helping them u scam them out of the little money they have left. That is sick, and wrong. That is why I left. I couldn't sleep with myself at night with what I had become from "YOU PEOPLE". Also I wonder why it is that you "DON'T HAVE YOUR OWN BRANCH WHEN U LOVE THEM SO MUCH." You know I sit back and read ALL of these reports that are filed on Zach Dunn, Sara Carl and especially Dan Long and Duke...Duke and Dan Long are two of the most respected of anyone at this company.

Now Im an ex-employee...and I know what they say about the ex emplyees there...that we are ''jamoks". Now that is the definition of jamoks, get your information right. I worked for IMI for nearly a year, I'm from Houston, TX and that is where they recruited me and we all transferred to Phoenix, AZ. This company is NOT a scam, apparently T-Rex you didnt work there long enough to realize this. What a couple of weeks that is nothing! You were still a rookie to them! Zach and Sara were my idols, I didnt have my family and I was living on my own and I made enough money every night to get a hotel room and if not they would help! Now tell my that doesnt just prove they care. And what you said about getting tickets and them not caring that is just bullshit! When I was there one of the employees got arrested for something that didnt even deal with the company and Zach bailed them out. Another time Rahul an ex employee drove to Arizona when we relocated and hit a deer and Zach payed for his car to be fixed.I mean was that even his responsibiliy. No! When I didnt have enough clothes Zach took me to the mall and bought me some suits. Sara was there for me through thick and thin. Sometimes I really do regret quitting but I had to come back to Houston to take care of my niece. So I had to put her first. I truly do miss those days, and Zach and Sara.. Maybe you just couldnt hang and you quit and now your mad at yourself but you never got the chance to see the real of this company.. Oh and the owners of the company do not pay 9 per bottle...you seriously are talking out of your a*s. HAHA..and I will not disclose any more information about this company.
