Ace Drums Ken Vito Guinta Ken Guinta Stole my money NEver shipped Gretsch g5127 Guitar port charllotte, Florida

I paid this guy $550 for a Gretsch g5127 guitar nos. with hsc.  He never shipped it.  kept giving me excuses.  Ups was right down block from him.  I demanded my refund.  He emails me and tells me he gave it to me last night.

I waited 3 days and still NOTHING in my bank account.  He continues to lie about everything.  It should have been a red flag to me but i guess the excitement of getting/finding this guitar overwhelmed me.

I remember how he lied in beginning stating: "I have a young girl coming to look at it if she doesnt want it , then its yours."  he emails me couple days later saying : "she came and offered me $xxx for it; whats your address so i can get the label ready." 

Well? Is it mine or hers? Are you bullsh*tting me or what? But, i said nothing and paid him for it.

Now i realize when "something is too good to be true." dont do it.... he's a scammer and a bullsh*t artist.  i'm sorry our paths crossed.

Now, i have to fight to get my refund.  Thank God I have a good attorney who is in process of taking care of this situation.

keep away from this company/guy.  He's got issues.
