On January 15th and January 17th, 2009, I tried to download an album from audiolunchbox.com which contained empty files. Both times, I emailed customer support at support@audiolunchbox.com and neither time did I receive a reply, nor did I receive replacement files. On the "Help" page, it states: "We do everything we can to make sure our audio is perfect, but in the rare occasion that you download a defective track, please email support@audiolunchbox.com and one of our customer service representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours and send you a new file to resolve the issue."
Since neither of these things has happened, I am very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend it to others.
