Black Horse Music What did I pay for? My amp does the same thing it did when I dropped it off. Then want to charge me more to fix it correctly. Runnemede, New Jersey

I have a guitar amp that I took in for repair at Black Horse Music because it was making loud static sounding noises. I had messed up my input jack by trying to fix it myself. I told them what was wrong with it when I dropped it off. So when I went to pick it up a few days later. He said it was soddered and he recomends me getting a new input jack, that the one now is bent up(which I knew) and he said that it should be good now for a while. I was charged about $45 dollars. I really wish that he would of just put a new input jack in. He said he didn't because they would of had to order the part and would of took a few more days,I did tell him I wanted it within a week, He should of called me and let me know before they did whatever it was they did to it. I wanted it to be fixed quickly not temporarily. I asked him how much it would cost to just put a whole new input jack in and fix it for good. He said around 50 to 60 dollars, which is not much more than the "service charge" he said was done. The next day the amp was making the same noises again that it did before it was repaired. I called and told them he said they did a service charge,, and didn't offer a refund or to fix it again or even  to give me some kind of discount to fix it permanantley, which is what I wanted. I wrote them a nice email and no reply, but a week later I wrote them another one saying I'm not shopping there no more and advising my friends and family to do the same and I also said I'm writing a report on rippoffreport.com, then I get a reply. That's not good business if you ask me, I got ripped off, so Beware if your in the South Jersey area looking for a music shop.
