Boston Guitar Works sold me a broken amp ..fuchs Brockton Massachusetts

I went to Brockton music works in Brockton Ma and tried a fuchs amp out, well it was crackling and I told heath that I would take it but I wanted a discount he said no that it was the cord so we tried another cord, same thing, so then I said forget it I would not buy it, then he said he would repair it and I could pick it up in a week, well a week turned into 3 finally my fiance picked it up after work and brought it home, and it starts crackling! so I called heath and explained I wanted my money back, someone else working there said they could not take it back, that they could fix it but it would cost me for the repair, so I said screw this and went to a repair guy I know, it cost me 158.00 he also said it was like a rookie tried to solder wires together blindfolded, so he cleaned the pots and got the chunks of solder out and the amp sounds great now, so then I did a gig with another band and at the end of the night 500.00 worth of pedals got stolen, well guess where they ended up at heaths, well I talked to another guy about it at another show, and he said HIS pedals were also stolen a year before and ended up at heaths (that's what made me go to his store to check especially after knowing his sister played with my band) and his ended up at heaths! now was this heath taken them? I doubt it, but I found out later that the band that played with us was 2 female girls, and one of them was heaths sister? what a coincident! my pedals gets stolen from a show that his sister played with us (never knew at the time) and they end up at heaths a week later,

please don't trust him! he is a greedy Jew! very shady! from what I have been hearing he has a bad reputation! my pedals got stolen around march or April of this year!
